Future Leading Kids

Future Leading Kids is the foundation of our movement, a playful and powerful programme for girls and boys aged 8–12 years, where they discover confidence, teamwork, and leadership through 4x4 street football.

Designed especially for primary school-aged kids, the programme creates a safe space where they can explore who they are, build friendships, and develop essential life skills from an early age. Through games, challenges, and reflection moments, we focus on self-confidence, communication, respect, and resilience, always using sport as our tool.

Different cities, same vision

In Amsterdam New-West, we run an extensive version of the programme at Islamic primairy school El Amien in Osdorp, deeply embedded in the community and connected to our broader leadership pathway. Here, Future Leading Kids is the first step in a long-term development journey within Favela Street.

On Curaçao and in Den Bosch, we offer a focused 10-week programme, introducing kids to 4x4 street football, inspiring role models, and the core values of our methodology. It serves as both a safe entry into sport and a stepping stone towards our advanced leadership programmes.

More than football

Future Leading Kids is about more than learning skills with the ball. It’s about daring to speak up, supporting teammates, and discovering that your voice matters, on the pitch and beyond.

Because when leadership starts young, the ripple grows stronger.
