Future Leading Trainer is the next step for girls who have successfully completed the Future Leading Player program and are ready to lead. This advanced program transforms young leaders into confident coaches, role models, and changemakers within their communities.

Where Future Leading Player builds leadership, Future Leading Trainer deepens it, creating a new generation of strong female role models in both sport and society.

6 modules. From leader to coach.

Through six intensive modules, participants develop the skills and mindset needed to guide others:

• Advanced coaching

• Group facilitation & leadership in action

• Creating safe and inclusive sport environments

• Organizing 4x4 street football activities in their own community

Personal leadership & professional development

Participants learn how to independently organize and lead 4x4 street football activities, while gaining hands-on experience as an assistant coach within Favela Street programs. They don’t just support sessions; they help shape them.

Learning to pass it on

Future Leading Trainer dives deeper into the Favela Street methodology, equipping participants with the tools to transfer our approach effectively and responsibly. They learn how to guide younger participants, manage group dynamics, and act as trusted mentors in their neighbourhoods.

From participant to role model

This program is more than a training course; it’s a bridge to real responsibility and impact. Graduates step into visible leadership roles, strengthening their confidence, expanding their professional opportunities, and inspiring the next generation.
