Future Leading Trainer is designed for girls who have successfully completed the Future Leading Player program and are ready to take the next step in their journey. This advanced phase supports young leaders in becoming confident trainers and changemakers within their communities and beyond.

Through hands-on experience and immersive learning, participants develop essential skills in coaching, group facilitation, and creating safe, inclusive spaces. They also gain a deeper understanding of the Favela Street approach and how to pass it on effectively.

This program transforms strong players into inspiring mentors—ready to uplift others and spark lasting impact.

Open to graduates of the Future Leading Player program.
